TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Nature of Service: Nisha.AI is an AI-powered agricultural advisory platform. All recommendations, crop advisories, pest management suggestions, irrigation schedules, and climate-related guidance are generated by AI Bhoomi's proprietary intelligence engine and are advisory in nature only. Users must verify critical farming decisions with their local Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), agricultural extension officer, or qualified agronomist before implementation.
2. Data Integrity: AI Bhoomi integrates climate and agricultural data from authorised government and scientific agencies including but not limited to ICAR, IMD, and international earth observation systems. While we strive for accuracy, data may not reflect real-time conditions. Nisha.AI does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data presented.
3. Limitation of Liability: Rurtech for Arayans LLP, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Nisha.AI, including but not limited to crop losses, financial losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions made based on AI-generated advisories.
4. Intellectual Property: Nisha.AI, AI Bhoomi, and all associated logos, interfaces, algorithms, knowledge bases, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Rurtech for Arayans LLP. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use: The Service is intended exclusively for agricultural, climate, environmental, ESG, and carbon footprint related queries. Any misuse, including but not limited to automated scraping, injection attacks, or use for non-agricultural commercial purposes, will result in immediate termination of access.
PRIVACY POLICY
6. Data Collection: Nisha.AI processes your text and voice queries solely to generate farming advisories. We do not collect, store, or retain any personally identifiable information (PII), location data, or farming details beyond the duration of your active session.
7. Voice & Language Processing: Voice input is processed locally within your browser. Multi-language voice output and translation are powered by AI Bhoomi's proprietary language processing pipeline supporting 12+ Indian languages. No voice recordings are stored or transmitted to third parties.
8. AI Processing: Your queries are processed by Nisha.AI's proprietary neural intelligence engine to generate contextual farming advisories. Query content is not used for model training, advertising, or any purpose other than generating your immediate response.
9. Cookies & Analytics: We use minimal local storage (localStorage) solely to remember your terms acceptance and language preference. No tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics are employed.
10. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
